Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive for data accuracy, we do not warrant that all data is accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeHawaii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeHawaii and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must destroy any data obtained through our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hawaii.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our services. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
